I did not like the catalogue style pages it made it difficult to see items. I found the time to phone for an order and was really surprised at how helpful the lady that dealt with my call was. · Very good products and quality. Just one thing, in my last order I was not informed when paste had arrived after being out of stock and was told I would be informed. The wrong paste was then sent to me with the next order I made, I spoke to salonserve to ask for the correct paste to be sent which it was (and no delivery charge which was good as it was your error) the package arrived 'open' with very little packaging inside, luckily the paste was intact and the paperwork still enclosed.
